TEACH. THEN ENTERTAIN.

The instructional post gives people a reason to follow you. The Q&A or ranking gives them a reason to send it to somebody else. Alternate them and you never sit down wondering what to post.

INSTRUCTIONAL
Free, no email

The coach on camera correcting one thing. Not a full lesson: one mistake, one fix, thirty seconds. These are the posts people send to a training partner, which is how a gym page reaches somebody who has never heard of it.

01
Do This, Not That
Hook
"Nine out of ten white belts do [COMMON MISTAKE], and it's costing them the position."
Body
Show the wrong version first, exaggerated, three seconds. Then: "Here's the fix." Show the right version slowly. Then: "One more time." Repeat at full speed. Name the difference in one sentence: [WHY IT WORKS].
Close
"Try it tonight and tell me if it feels different."
Shoot
Tripod locked, mat level. Film the wrong version and the right version back to back in one setup.

02
Three Mistakes
Hook
"Three things you're doing in [TECHNIQUE] that make it harder than it needs to be."
Body
Count them on camera. Each mistake gets one fix and under seven seconds. Cut hard between them, no dead air. Number three should be the one nobody expects.
Close
"Fix number three first. That's the one holding everybody up."
Shoot
Same tripod setup as the first script. Film all three in one take and cut them apart in post.

The 30-Second Teach
Hook
"If you only learn one thing about [POSITION], learn this."
Body
One concept, start to finish. Set the situation in a sentence. Show the movement. Say the single detail that makes it work: [THE DETAIL]. Then show it once more without talking.
Close
"Save this one. You'll want it next time you're stuck there."
Shoot
Partner needed. Shoot from the side so the grip stays visible the whole time.

All three formats are open below.

Q&A & RANKINGS
Locked

Point a camera at someone and get an opinion out of them. Sometimes that's a member being funny, sometimes a coach ranking something people will argue about. Either way the comments do the work.

04
Ask The Team
The question
"Who is the [MOST SPAZZY / ALWAYS LATE] on the team?"
How it runs
On-screen text holds the question the whole time. Ask five or six people cold, no warning, no retakes. Cut every answer to its funniest three seconds. The gold is someone naming a person who then appears denying it.
Close
"Tag them. They know."
Shoot
Handheld, ten minutes before class while people are stretching. Ask more people than you need.

05
The Debate Question
The question
"[ABSURD HYPOTHETICAL, e.g. what animal could you actually beat?]"
How it runs
Pick a question with no correct answer that people argue about anyway. Same setup as Ask The Team, but here you want disagreement. Cut the answers so they contradict each other. Let one person be confidently wrong and end on them.
Close
"Settle it in the comments."
Shoot
Same session as Ask The Team. Ask both questions in one pass and split it into two posts.

06
The Ranking
The setup
"Top 5 [SUBMISSIONS / POSITIONS]. You're going to disagree with number one."
How it runs
Title stays locked at the top. Build the list on screen one line at a time so the viewer can read where it's going. That visible list is what stops the scroll, not the talking. One sentence per pick. Commit to the order and don't hedge.
Close
"Tell me what I got wrong."
Shoot
Seated, locked tripod, dark background. Rank things inside your own gym, never other local academies.
